1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to report any issue or request a return.

After this period, we may not be able to accept return or refund requests, except in exceptional cases.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unused and in good condition
• Original packaging, if possible
• Product received damaged, defective, or not as described
• Proof of purchase (order number, name, phone number)

Products that are clearly used, damaged by the customer, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if opened or used, including:

• Opened food or wellness supplements
• Personal-use products that have already been used (such as certain gadgets or devices)

4. Damaged Products or Our Error

If you receive a product that is:

• Broken
• Defective
• Or different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, and provide:

• Clear photos of the product
• A photo of the packaging
• Your order number

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement, or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• You are allowed to visually check the package at the time of delivery.
• If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse it and inform our support immediately.
• Once the package is accepted and paid, any return request must be submitted through our customer support.

⚠️ No return should be sent without prior approval from our customer service team.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved and a refund is validated:

• Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days
• Refunds are made using the original payment method or another agreed solution (store credit or replacement)
